The hotel has nice swimming pools and play area for the children.

The Air Condition Was
Dripping Water |

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Residences Condominium.
The room was quite clean and had a new feeling. My room had a large
fridge, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The TV was a good size
with plenty of channels. My only complaint would be that at the
start of the second day, the air condition started dripping water
on our bed. The bed was dry by that night. We were lucky we were
home at the time to report the problem before the bed got to wet.
The room did look well maintained. |

Pleasant And Enjoyable

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, the kids really had so much fun
in the swimming pool. This is not a hotel this is a condominium
where you can cook. The place is opposite the Mall of Asia. Close
to airport and to Makati and Manila. |

Our Stay At Sea Residencies

| My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Sea Residencies
Condominium. The property manager was punctual and very accommodating.
It is a easy walk to Mall of Asia. However, there needs to be some
kind of address and name on the outside of the complex to locate
it. |
