Reviews of Prince Plaza II Condotel in Manila Philippines

This place is located next to the Greenbelt mall and it is also an easy access to restaurants and bars. The hotel is a condo and it is under renovations. I got the old room at first and I could not sleep because of the noisy air condition, then I asked for a new room. The front desk was helpful and I finally got a renovated room with small kitchen, microwave and extra bed.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are relatively clean and spacious though you can tell that the furniture and towels are old. For those who know how to cook, the room is equipped with a kitchenette or you could just pop something in the microwave. The WiFi was a bit disappointing.

I booked 2 studios for 4 people for 9 days. Rooms are spacious, newly renovated and they are cleaned daily. Breakfast is ample on the upper floor with view of the pool. The gym needs updating and the WiFi is free. The big plus is the location just across the Greenbelt plaza.

The room was clean and spacious. It is nice that the room has dinnerware, cooking equipment and kitchen appliances. The pool view was nice too and the hotel is nicely located. One thing they need to check on is the smell of the rug under the dining set. There's also a faint smell of cockroach that comes from the bathroom exhaust fan. It is barely noticable but it is there.

The hotel is accessible to many places in Makati and Manila. Friendly and helpful staff, buffet breakfast was good. Nice room with cooking facilities. A short ride from the airport.
