Reviews of The Orange Place Hotel San Juan in Manila Philippines

I have stayed here several times and one thing that has not changed is their service. Everyone is helpful and move quickly to grant your requests. I always get the room not facing the main road so I am able to sleep well. The furniture were worn out and the room looked tired. Nothing great about the bathroom either and I hope the staff would just throw out the expired cakes on display.

I stayed here to attend a conference nearby and the hotel was good enough for me to feel safe, clean and comfortable in. You get what you pay for the hotel location was also near Greenhills, so it was great for shopping imitations of good brands.

Stayed here recently as it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area where I had to be for a day. Overnight stay at this hotel is not bad at all, location is pretty near the shopping and dining areas like the Greenhills Shopping Center. Since it is situated along a fairly busy street, I expected traffic noise to be quite loud especially in the morning but to my pleasant surprise it was not a problem at all. Breakfast was great, prepared by a chef wearing a CCA uniform. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite, checking in and out was a breeze. Note that the bathroom can be quite cramped for people who like bigger spaces, but otherwise it was clean and had the essentials.

The service is beyond what I have expected for the price I paid. The rooms are of good size and the ambiance quite homey. They serve good breakfast which is included in the price of the room.

This place is nice but lacks some amenities. The staff is accommodating and the location is not great. However, the service is nice and it is a great place to stay for backpackers.
