Reviews of The Oracle Hotel Residences in Manila Philippines

We booked a standard room and I can say that I can have a better room in other hotels in other countries with that price. The hotel is located near the famous franchise restaurants.

My friends stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and upon check-out they charged them for a missing towel. The third one refused to pay for it and they started looking for the missing towel.

The rooms are too small for a price of a regular hotel. There were no free toiletries in the room and no free drinking water. The room did not have a window however the bed was comfortable.

The room was always immaculate and the hot complimentary breakfast allowed me to start each day right.
The hotel is situated right across the street from Miriam and Ateno colleges among a nest of privately owned dorms that support the two campuses.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and found it to be a business hotel. There are no windows in the rooms. Experienced cockroaches under the bed linen. Found bathroom light was broken and no toilet paper provided just after check-in. The breakfast has to be ordered one day in advance and its a mix of Asian and American. However, no tea is available, only pineapple juice or black coffee. Wireless Internet did not work properly. The hotel is conveniently located close to food chains, groceries and money exchange outlets.
