Reviews of Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences in Manila Philippines

Stayed three nights which was long enough. The apartments really need to be updated and improved. Wireless Internet on high floor is very poor, slow and intermittent. There are better alternatives nearby for the same price.

My husband and I came to this hotel for a 3 day conference and the elevators were so slow and sometimes there was only one out of the three that was working. The lobby was poorly air conditioned and the room was so worn down especially the bathroom. When we asked for an extra towel, the front desk told us that they will charge us. They do not even have a wine opener or a cork screw for a bottle of wine. The only nice thing we had in this hotel was that the security guards or door openers of the lobby were so attentive. Customer service class is highly suggested for the management to give to the front desk staff.

We stayed for 2 nights in Millennium Plaza hotel in Makati, the drainage was damaged and our room got flooded. The air condition did not work properly because the water came into the room as well. The TV was not good and the WiFi did not work too. The breakfast was beef, but it tasted like concrete.

The hotel is a pretty good deal compared with others of a similar price in the area. I would stay there again. The towels never looked very clean but this seems a common failing with all of the hotels in this price range and area. You get what you pay for!

The location of the hotel is very central, close to shopping malls and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt safe travelling alone as a woman staying here. The room was really big with sitting area and small kitchen, with a big window. I would stay here again. The price is fair.
