Reviews of Makati Shangri-La Manila Hotel in Manila Philippines

Makati Shangri La is the best hotel so far, their rooms are quite spacious if you know what floor to ask for. When you are staying here, the gym and the pool are a must try, especially since their gym offers a sauna, a jacuzzi and the ice cold pool.

This is my third visit to Shangri-La Manila and I cannot stress enough about the service, as it is a 5 star hotel. The rooms are simple and pleasant. The front office staff are always helpful and even the security have a smile on their face. Well Done Shangri-La Makati!

I was checked into this hotel for 5 nights on a business trip. The cleanliness and quality of the room was very good together with the personalized service. It is centrally located next to shopping areas and makes it more attractive. The breakfast spread was very generous and quality was top notch. The only complaint was that the WiFi was not stable both in the lobby and within the room.

The experience here is very pleasant, much better than the Peninsula. I had the club room. A little small compared to other hotel's club rooms I thought but everything was clean and user friendly. Reliable WiFi connections and good service. The breakfast was of good qaulity as well.
