Reviews of LPL Suites Greenbelt in Manila Philippines

For budget rooms, the price is reasonable but the room is smelly and small. The bathroom had a smell if you turned the the fan off. The lift is so compact, not good for claustrophobic people. The good part is it is just across Greenbelt mall that makes it accessible to everything.

The hotel is not new, but it is impeccably clean with complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. The location is great, being directly across the road from Greenbelt 1 and 5 which provides fantastic restaurant, cafe and bar alternatives.The suite rooms were huge, comfortably priced and with all appliances working. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and the staff are amiable and most helpful.

The hotel has small rooms with WiFi and coffee or tea making facilities and air condition. This is an average business hotel with free breakfast at a restaurant across the street in Greenbelt 1 Mall. The best part about this hotel is the very friendly and accommodating staff.

The rooms are small and we upgraded to the studio suite to get a bit more space. We had small black flies in the bathroom and I alerted management about it upon check-out. Breakfast is from a Spanish themed restaurant across the street and choices were Filipino and American which were good. Internet was included but it was not working very well.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and mumbled. The breakfast coupon you have to collect every morning at the reception and you are asked to sign into their notebook which is old fashioned. The hotel needs renovations and it smells like a dungeon everywhere.
