Room Sprayed With Insecticide |

People with asthma or an allergy should stay away from this hotel.The room
was sprayed with insecticide and even though we asked for a non
smoking room, the balcony was littered with cigarette butts. When
we informed the receptionist they said it is normal practice to
spray the rooms with insecticide and as for the cigerettes they
have no control what the guests do. |

Musty Wet Carpet Smell |
The hotel is well located and Quezon MRT station
is just a short walk away. The rooms are large, clean and with good
linen. The staff are helpful and ever smiling. The room had a musty
wet - carpet smell and the air condition dripped. We were on the
fourth floor and the roads got noisy on some of the nights. |

Rooms Were Clean And
Fresh |

The room were clean and fresh, staff are friendly
and the location is great. I have stayed at this hotel 6 times and
did not have problems with my room or service. The bad things were
the expensive WiFi and the cafe which did not have what I wanted
to order. |

Food Is Excellent |
|
The hotel is not only strategically located, but
it also has friendly and courteous staff and good security. Food
is excellent and the room we occupied is spacious and very clean.
And most of all, their room and amenities rates are very reasonable. |

Close To Everything |
|
Stayed here for a couple of days while in the city. The hotel is close to everything,
shopping and restaurants. It is very clean with nice a pool and
the food is good and cheap. The only downside is the internet connection
which is only available in the lobby and it is very slow. Staff
are friendly and very accommodating. |
