Water Outage |

The water had a very low presure and the refrigerator did not work. We had
two water outages while staying at this hotel. |

A Safe, Clean Hotel |
|
The room was clean, the staff were nice and the air
condition was not noisy at all. My only complain is the location.
You have to pass a dimly lit area with sleeping beggars on the sidewalk
before you can reach them. And coming from Araneta at 11pm, it was
quite a nervous experience. But I guess they chose their location
so they would be far from the noise of the LRT train and busy street.
If you just need a safe, clean place for a short stay without any
frills, then this hotel is almost perfect. |

Poor Quality |
|
The rooms were small and stuffy. We had a good location
and free breakfast daily. However, those things did not make up
for the poor quality of this hotel. |

Close To Araneta Coliseum |
|
Stayed for two days.The hotel is good, clean and it offers free breakfast everyday.
The hotel is located close to the Araneta Coliseum and it is just
minutes away from shopping malls. |

Total Disappointment |
|
This place was a total disappointment. Staff is friendly, room are small decadent,
beds are hard rubber mattresses, TV is 12 inch but worked and there
was no toiletries. |
