Reviews of Hotel Sogo in Manila Philippines

My wife and I stayed in two different themed rooms, and we had a great second honeymoon! Room service was good and the food was good size portions at a very good price. This was our third time staying here.

I spend 3 night here, the lobby service is good, room is good and big but the problem is the air condition was very noisy even if I turned off the air condition of my room, I still can hear the noisy outside air condition of other rooms. The housekeeping is lazy they don't clean the room properly, it is still dirty especially the toilet.

The food was really bad and done unprofessionally. The room and carpet smells like an old dog. There is no hotel standards here. Very poor.

Stayed here last month and it was a good and clean hotel, worth for what you pay. The location is in the centre and a walking distance to shops and restaurant.

Thought the hotel is up to the usual good standard of Sogo, the car parking underground leaves a lot to be desired, its like playing shuffle board getting in and out, with a steep ramp. Also very steep steps to the reception from the car park area.
