Reviews of Herald Suites in Manila Philippines

I stayed here as I had an early flight the next morning. The staff provided me breakfast on the go. A pleasant surprise. The room is outdated but great location as it is walking distance to Greenbelt for shopping. A cheap hotel for one night.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is outdated and it is situated in the business district. Breakfast is not buffet and you have very few options. The staff declined to provide me with additional complimentary water.

Stayed at Herald Suites twice. Good location compared to airport and also walking distance to Greenbelt. Nice Hotel, good, clean and large rooms and friendly staff. The price is reasonable and would choose this hotel again.

Herald Suites mostly aims at a Japanese clientele. Therefore the Japanese restaurant on second floor is the biggest. But a Western traveller like me found nothing missing. The smaller breakfast restaurant with the brief Western menu is fine and sufficient. The single room where I lived was nice and well maintained. The personnel is very polite and the receptionists is helpful.

We stayed at Herald Suites during one of our business trips in Manila. I would say that its location is good with it being close to a lot of establishments. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and if you need to go to a supermarket you can easily go to a nearby mall. The size of the rooms are good. The ambiance of the whole hotel is old, from the floors to the walls and its music when you go outside your room. Breakfast is plated and I would say overall it was good.
