Reviews of Greenbelt Excelsior Condominium in Manila Philippines

This building is a condo, not a hotel. Building amenities include a small pool and a kiddy pool. The owner was very accommodating. The room itself was very basic, although comfortable enough. WiFi consisted of a pocket WiFi device, which was provided to us for free. No dining options in the building itself, but lots of options in Greenbelt mall, which is very close.

Good place to spend the night. It is in a nice area, quite new condotel, big room and nice lobby. When I get there the room was not ready, the bed is bare no nothing. The owner told me that the caretaker will bring it later. When the caretaker came after a while she only brought a fitted sheet, there is no bed skirt, cover sheet, nor comforter. She also brought two pillows, and blanket that does not smell fresh and looks dirty. There is no wastebasket anywhere in the room.
