Used their transfer service to and from airport, it went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The rooms were large and had separate bathrooms. The suite had all the necessary appliances and equipment needed for a long term stay. It had a washer or dryer, hairdryer, ironing board or iron, oven, stovetop, microwave, plates etc. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to main commercial sites, such as the mall, which was extremely helpful. The only thing was that the WiFi was not good. Overall, had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place and would stay here again.

Nice, large and a very clean apartment with a huge laundry room. The staff are very courteous. I enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great with good variety and the internet was slow. The staff will get you a taxi to the nearby Greenbelt mall with lots of restaurants or you can take the shuttle. The airport transfers were handled well. The air condition in my room was aging and was a little noisy. I was very satisfied with the great value.

At the time of check-in, we got an upgrade from a 3 bedroom executive to a 3 bedroom penthouse for the same price. And wow it was a big loft complete with excellent amenities and a wonderful view of the city!

In my whole travelling experience Fraser Place gave me the most excellent experience. The tubs blew me away, the services and the security which was very much appreciated. The services were really fast and reliable, laundry and dryer were available. The kitchen wares were available and fantastic setting and I would be very much happy to come back and experience the pleasure.

The staff were friendly, they gave us an upgrade without asking. Although the internet connection was only wired, they brought equipment to convert it to wireless. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location and security is excellent. The building is old and stuffy and needs extensive maintenance and some sort of ventilation. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The choices on the breakfast buffet are very limited. All the reception staff were very helpful.
