Very Disappointed Customer

The staff just go into your room without permission of the customer even if
they are advised not to do housekeeping. I have lost money and I
am disappointed with the hotel because there was no action taken
about the matter. |

We Had An Enjoyable
Stay |
The staff were very friendly and helped out in anyway
they could. They made our stay an enjoyable one. Many restaurants
and shopping centres are just a walk away. |

This Place Is Lavish |
|
This place is lavish! The rooms are big and has sound
proof, TV and DVD player. The shower is incredible, super clean
and at a reasonable cost. The hotel offers great location and every
floor has its own filtered water station. Hands down, would definitely
stay here again! |

There Is No Lift |

The hotel was what you would expect for the price. The WiFi connection is only
available downstairs in the lobby. When we arrived, there was an
advertisement for half price accommodation and discounted meals
and massages if it was my birthday during my stay however, they
would not honour the offer as I had booked online. There is also
no lift. |

Very Good Experience |

The hotel is situated very close to shopping malls.
The only downfall of this hotel is that the room and bed is quite
small. I felt a bit uncomfortable during my sleep. The restaurant
serves good food, very nice and friendly service. Overall the experience
of staying in this hotel is good. |
