The place is nice and conveniently located at the heart of Manila. But what makes it special and would make you come back is the warmth of the people and the good service they provide. They went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

I always stay at this hotel everytime I have a business in Manila. Aside from the professional and friendly staff, I find the room huge for all my stuff. It is kept clean and neat everyday. The hotel is close to the casino and entertainment area. Love this place!

The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly,the amenities are available to make the guest comfortable and talk about the location it is situated near Robinsons Manila, it is a walking distance from the awesome view of Manila bay. I feel very comfortable and it feels like home away from home, oh and the price is quite reasonable. The Executive Plaza Hotel is the place to be.

The hotel is quite old school in design. I find the room I was booked in dark and theTV reception is not quite clear. However, the best feature of the hotel is the location within the heart of Manila.

Safe deposit box in the room would be nice to keep my belongings safe. Front desk service with many forms is slow and the check-out process took more than 10 minutes. But still worth the money.
