Reviews of El Rico Suites Hotel in Manila Philippines

This hotel had absolutley no phone signal or WiFi as my wife has mobile broadband but it was useless, also the public areas was so dark she did not feel safe leaving her room. It was not the best experience for her.

The property is near to food chains and a Shopwise supermarket. The rooms were fairly clean and really spacious. We had a small kitchen with a big fridge and a TV, but no microwave or water heater. The WiFi is only available at the lobby. This hotel has a 24 hour front desk and provide a safety deposit box for the guests.

The price is affordable unfortunately there is no WiFi, but staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, location is not good but near big supermarkets and very accessible to shopping malls.

I highly recommend the El Rico Suites, we have been very happy with the cleanliness of the place, the staff and also the service which we have recieved. My wife is a particular lady, and therefore everything had to be just right, and it was, clean towels, sheets, room cleaned and everything was left in its place and not disturbed. The El Rico is not a high class hotel, with Bars and a restauarnt, but more a home away from home.
