The place is situated on a perfect location and the rooms are old and the furniture as well. You get what you paid for staff was very friendly, fast and helpful. I would come back again.

Weary hotel right across the street from Greenbelt in Ayala center. Rooms are bad and the staff was very helpful.

The room came with an old TV with cable, a mini fridge, window-type air conditioner. As for breakfast, which is not buffet, you have a choice among tocino, bangus, corned beef and longaniza. For drinks, choose from coffee, tea and juice. In fairness, the hotel was generally clean.

The lobby is good and staff are very helpful and well trained but the issue is with the hotel rooms. I stayed on the 3rd and 5th floor and the rooms looked like they had been renovated but in a jiffy. The aircon was too noisy and old as it did not have the remote so everytime you want it to be off get up and do it.There was no closet and so called almirah was there with no section to keep my clothes. The bathroom was very conjusted and had no shelf to keep the stuff. I am thankful to the staff as not they were cooperative but also humble and smiling but that is the only good part of the hotel.

The charter House has been a staple in Makati for a long time. The room service is very good and cheap. The air condition units in all the rooms are old, noisy, and don't work so well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are the cheapest in Makati with a 5 star location, but they are living off the past reputation.
