Offers An Oasis Of Peace |
| This hotel offers an oasis of peace in the middle
of the hectic area of Manila Malate. The Manila bay is also just
a walk away and offers various nice establishments to sit and relax
with a view to the bay. The hotel itself offer clean rooms furnished
in a nice European or Mediterranean style as well as the lobby and
restaurant of the property. You can enjoy your breakfast sitting
on the nice tables from native materials and design or sit on the
veranda. There is a WiFi throughout the hotel which I found sufficiently
fast and available. Staff is very nice and helpful and adds a personal
touch. Altogether a very nice experience. |

Everything Just Went
Downhill |
| Unfortunately, I have to rank this the worse hotel
we have ever stayed in. Since a new management took over just a
year ago, everything just went downhill. In 2009, the staff were
so great in providing service to us and that is to include the free
breakfast. One of the things we dislike is being so close to clubs
and all you can hear is a loud thump. |

Quite Charming |
| We spent a week here and were very happy. The hotel
looked like the pictures on the website and rooms were clean and
quite spacious. It is quite charming. We received good service here
and found the hotel staff really friendly and helpful. We found
the location very handy as we like to walk around cities and explore.
We were able to walk comfortably to both Intramuros and Pasay. |

Excellent Value For
Money |
| We loved it. The friendliness of the staff and the
style of this private house made it look like we were guests at
a friends place. Rooms was comfortable and spacious. All in order
for being the perfect base to explore Manila. Excellent value for
money. |

Really Great Service! |
| I would seriously recommend this hotel! The staff
and manager are really friendly and helpful, they will give you
excellent advice for the tours you like to do and will look for
the best deal! Nothing is too much and too much is nothing for those
people, they will organise it all for you, and will help you if
you are in any kind of trouble, so they do deserve all credits.
Really great service!
