Reviews of Bayview Park Hotel in Manila Philippines

The hotel rate is cheaper than other hotels in Manila. I think they need some renovations. The rooms and toilets were clean when we stayed there. They need to add a receptionist if it is peak season. We waited there for more than 20 minutes just to check in.

I go to this hotel many times and I like it because of its location. Usually the rooms are very clean. Avoid the rooms facing Roxas Blvd because of the traffic noise. The breakfast is good. The exterior glass window need a good cleanup.

One night prior to flight home. We got the upgrade to a renovated room in the back away from the street noise. Good breakfast buffet and good location.

The hotel is very old and the shower room is also small. Dirty windows and the rooms smell old and rusty. The location is superb if you need to go to the US Embassy and check-in was quick. The elevators were really old and this hotel need a major renovation.

The hotel is right across the street from the US Embassy and Manila Bay. The price is more than reasonable and it includes breakfast which is pretty good. If you stay here ask to stay in the newer section as the rooms are bigger and better equipped. It is an older hotel but it is still nice. I like the location.
