The elevators at this hotel are faster. Lovely supply of toiletries provided. Comfy beds and pillows. The gym had everything I use back in my gym in Australia! Lovely staff!! One room had an outdated fat TV.

The location is great I like that it is near a lot of places. Staff are so nice and friendly. The only thing that they should take more care of is the cleaning of rooms, it was not clean enough especially the bathrooms. Also I think they should renovate the bathrooms cause it is very old and the shower has a leak. My room had a pool view on the 18th floor.

Good service, and the one bedroom apartment was not bad. But once you go into the details, left to be desired. There is mould in the shower, not nicely cleaned. Excellent service from the housekeeping.

The rooms are really old and walls have scuff marks. My toilet completely blocked, and the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom.
