Value For Money |

My room was clean, spacious with excellent air condition, spacious shower,
fridge and a 32 LED TV with several english channels and a couple
of film channels. The bed is very comfortable with four plump pillows,
continental quilt and crisp white undersheet. All the staff at the
hotel are very friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble
from a glass of water to hailing a cab. The food is good value for
money and freshly cooked, the menu could do with a few more additions
for western taste but on the whole it's acceptable bearing in mind
the hotel is relatively small but still adding the family feel.
The price per night includes a free breakfast offering excellent
value for money. I will be returning to Davao again this year and
will definitely be staying at The Tin Hat as we were well looked
after by the staff. |

Boutique Hotel |
|
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Marco Polo and the rooms were clean with
air condition, comfortable bed, fast WiFi and a fridge. The free
breakfast offers a number of choices and is actually relatively
good. The staff is very pleasant. The hotel itself is indeed a boutique
hotel with a relatively small number of rooms. However, do have
some of the extra facilities only found at bigger hotels like a
laundry service.

Noisy Surroundings |

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are well decorated, clean and
well equipped with telephone, fridge and WiFi Internet. The surroundings
are a bit noisy and it is not so near to amenities as it is quite
far from the center. The complimentary breakfast is simple but fair
and offers a variety of choices starting from plated filipino breakfasts... |

Rustic Character |
|
The hotel has a rustic character with friendly, helpful and mature staff. Everything
worked well and it was equipped with a hot shower, LED TV, WiFi
and complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The hotel was located in
a very quiet and convenient area, we would stay here again. |

Home Sweeter Than Home |
|
We were comfortable with our stay at this hotel. It is accessible to transportation
and the staff will always assist you to get a taxi. The desk supervisor
is very knowledgeable about traveler's needs. She has the foresight
of what the guest needs for travel. A nice place to stay, a home
sweeter than home. |
