The room was small and clean and it was located on the third floor and there was no elevator.The bar was nice, the staff are friendly and we were not allowed to use the computer in the lobby. Breakfast was included even though it was small and transport was great.

The quality at this hotel is very poor and I was told that this is a very old hotel that went through some make over but, you will feel that the make over was not done very well. There was no elevators and it was annoying. One good thing about this hotel is the central location.

The hotel has about hundreds of rooms and each room is well kept. The front desk ladies are friendly, accommodating and competent. The staff always greets you like you are a well known patron of the establishment. The security staff are super helpful, especially if you have got questions on how to travel in Davao. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and also there is a 24 hour convenience store next to the hotel. All in all, the Royale House is clean, convenient and competent.

The hotel is decent, clean and well maintained and it is located in the downtown area. The front desk personnel was also very corteous and very pleasing. Its walking distance to banks, convenience stores, places of interest like the San Pedro Cathedral and the City Hall. I got the single room accommodation and find the room bigger than most of the hotels I have stayed. They have a functioning hot and cold shower with a good water pressure. The only drawback of the hotel is that they don't have an elevator. Overall, I can recommend staying at the Royale House and will surely come back next time..

The hotel prices are affordable and the room was clean and just enough for a solo traveller. It is conveniently located near a Shopping complex and the staff are friendly.
