Our stay at the Pinnacle Hotel was a memorable one. The receptionist named Von was very accommodating and corteous. The room was squeaky clean, the sheets and the towels were fresh. The breakfast buffet was good and also the bellboy was so warm and friendly. I recommend this place to people with children and we will definately come back.

The hotel was a surprise and the place feels new. Very convenient location in the city, the room was large, clean and the breakfast was good the price was also reasonable. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed comfortably in this hotel and they allow food delivery in the hotel and they even brought the food up to our room instead of asking us to go to the lobby to pick it up. We were able to eat at nearby restaurants and the WiFi was not that good in the rooms, I had to stay near the door to get a signal. Our kids enjoyed the pool, staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable and big. If you like to sleep in total darkness, this hotel is not for you. Light outside the window is like a night light to the room.

A very special thanks to the management and staff for giving their customers good service. This is an example of a hotel people who listen to their customers and try to do their best to provide great service. Once you complain or give feedback, they fastly act on it. They do not get tired of customers calling their housekeeping even many times because once they ring your door, they wear a genuine smile and ready to serve you with whatever you need. They are security wise and have strict security measures for everyone.

The hotel admin is so nice and they allow early check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious and had a space for us to move around. Breakfast was yummy. I would love to stay here again.
