Very Disappointed

There was no telephones inside the room and no WiFi which is a very important feauture.The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. You cannot order food to your room. Very disappointed.

Disrespecful Staff

The room was nice and quite good but the staff, especially the attendant on my last night was disrespectful. They should be pleasant in delivering their questions, they are asking you and accusing you at the same time but at first they did not explain the rules or policy of the hotel.
