Reviews of Grand Regal Hotel in Davao Philippines

We held a work function here, after reserving a conference room we were later informed that the room was no longer available because of late arrival. We were very displeased as we did pay and we did inform them of the times we would be arriving. They did refund us after a massive argument with the manger. This is not how you run a business and I think that they need new management.

The hotel tends to be very noisy. The staff are very slow, they need to practise better service skills. The staff seem very inexperienced, they don't look like they want to be there. I won't stay here again; it’s not worth my time.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The beds are dirty and uncomfortable, the seriously need to consider new bedding. I am not impressed.
