The hotel is perfect for budget travelers although they do not serve breakfast,
coffee, water or any food, it is very close to F. Torres Street
which have many restaurants and cafes. The room was equipped with
a small TV. WiFi is available at the hotel. The hotel is situated
in a quiet, residential neighborhood and perfect for families, couples
and single travelers. |

Needs Renovations |

The hotel is a beautiful building, but needs renovations. The fittings were
very basic and old and the room was equipped with a fridge and air
condition. The staff were helpful when called on. |

Home Away From Home |
|
The Apartelle is a perfect place for family vacations. The ambiance of the
hotel was just like home, you can do everything just like in your
own home. The prices are cheap and transportation is very good.
The location of the hotel it is very quiet, I would love to stay
here again next time. |

The hotel feels like home away from home with its
approachable staff and homey ambience.The units are equipped with
fridge, gas stove and kitchen utensils. The bathroom offers hot
and cold shower. It is a recommendable accommodation for families
and large group of friends. |

Closely Located |
| The hotel is located 30 minutes from Davao Airport
by taxi and is also close to the big Mall of Gaisano.The room was
small but with kitchenette. |
