Reviews of Big 8 Corporate Hotel in Davao Philippines

My family and I needed a place to stay after a long trip, so we decided to stay at the Big 8 Corporate Hotel. We were very dissapointed with our stay, we were constatly kept awake by loud voices and banging by construction workers. The next morning we asked at the front desk arrnge us a better room, we were told that we will be moved to another room as soon as possible. We waited and the staff never kept their promise. The room key was missing, and the staff demanded that we pay for a new one. This is not how a 5 Star hotel should be runned. The front desk lady was very lazy, and most of our requests were never dealt with. I definatly won't recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff at the hotel are very nice, friendly and offer the best service to their customers. The Hotel has airport transfers and 24 hour room service. The rooms are very clean and smoking is acceptable. Air Conditioning was fantastic. The Hotel is close to the city centre entertainments.The food was awesome. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation.

The Hotel was chosen as a reception venue for my friend's wedding. The interior was great and the food was fantastic. The hotel is big and can accommodate big functions. The Hotel offers excellent service to guests and the prices are very good. The room for the bride to be and the groom was very clean.The hotel is located next to the National Highway. The staff are friendly and service is great. I hope to stay here again very soon.

The hotel is a nice place to stay in. The rooms are elegant. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mall. We were disapointed that the swimming poool was not yet completed. The hotel has a warm and entising atmosphere. The room includes WiFi. The food was great. I will definately stay here again!

I really loved my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a spacious bathroom. The food is great, mostly Philippino style cuisine but still very enjoyable. The hotel is currently building a pool, for guests. Can't wait to see it when I return!
