Reviews of Tickety Boo Beach Resort in Cebu Island Philippines

The resort showers were pathetic, there was almost no water pressure. The toilets didn't flush. The food we received was not thouraly cooked. The staff speak no English at all. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. The resort manager needs to step in and train his staff better, they need to be shown how to treat a paying guest. The staff also need to be shown how to communicate in English, not al guests can speak Philipino.

The resort beach is absolutely unappealing, there is rubbish everywhere. The resort owner is very rude and has no consideration for the guests, how they stay in business is a miracle. The staff are pathetic, they have no people skills, they are rude and unfriendly, they lack any professional quality. I am so disappointed in there staff.

We ordered from the resort menu, and it seemed to me that the staff were not aware of the food choices themselves. It's it there job to know what they are serving? that put me off completely. I was very disappointed with there attitudes. I will be honest, I think you can find a better resort close by for a cheaper price and the staff will be better. The fact of the matter is nobody wants to go somewhere they don't feel welcome.
