Perfect Hotel

This is a relatively new hotel which has very low rates, excellent clean rooms, flat screen TV and a small cafeteria serving brewed coffee. Try to avoid the rooms on the two sides fronting the streets because there are bright lights on the exterior of the building and these rooms are well lit all night. The other 2 sides are excellent.
