Reviews of Sarrosa International Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

We booked a function room with the hotel, only to find out that they had already given our reservation to another group. They didn’t even let us know. This was really unprofessional and totally inconsiderate. There should be better communication in this hotel as well as better costumers service.

We stayed in the Grand Family Suite. The room was very spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The front desk helped me hire a taxi. The doorman was very friendly and opened the door as I entered and exited. I love the warm and enticing atmosphere at the hotel.

We stayed in the Grand Family Suite there is ten beds, two shower rooms, and two separate toilets. The showers water pressure is very poor. The toiletries provided look like they were purchased at a discount store. The sheets on the beds looked like they haven’t been washed in a while. The rooms has to be cleaned properly. The WI-FI was slow. The staff were the only nice thing about this place.
