The staff are very rude and they have no care for there guests. The rooms are very dirty and there was even a rat in the room. The staff need to be replaced or need some training.

Even though this hotel is very basic it has a very warm and enticing feel to it. The staff are alright. The food was very nice. The hotel is close to the Ayala centre and other stores. This is a great place to meet new people.

The hotel staff are excellent and the rooms are very clean. The prices are very reasonable. I didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel reastaurant, but it smelled devine.

A great hotel for fouriners. They accomodate every need. The rooms are unbelievably clean. There is no smoking in the hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the city. There are no safety boxes that was a bit of a nerve raker for me. If you want a hotel close to Malls, shops and restaurants then this is it.

The rooms are standard but very nice. The location is really great if you want to be close to all local activities. The rooms are a bit hot, there is no air conditioning for what I could see. The rates are a bit expensive but it was alright.
