Reviews of Mandarin Plaza Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

When we climbed out of the taxi outside the hotel, we were greeted with nothing but smiles. The check in only took a few minutes. We requested lower floor rooms but they politely explained that the lower floor rooms were all fully booked. The rooms were lovely and so clean. There was a minibar and safe included in the room. The bathroom has a bath and shower, I loved the options. The breakfast was limited but still satisfactory. The spa was so relaxing.

The staff are a bit inexperienced but they seemed to really want to help. The management should step in and train them a little better. The hotel was under renovations so it isn't a finished product. The hotel is nice with good hatred staff but a few improvements can be made.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly. They serve complementary juice on arrival. The hot stone messages were amazing. I left feeling thourely relaxed and peaceful.

Within walking distance to the local malls and stores. The rooms are simple but homey. The staff are very friendly and they make you feel like you're with family.
