The management has one down since my last stay. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The rooftop bar offers great food. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was okay. I would come back here.

The rooms are spacious and comfy. The breakfast served in lovely. The lunch buffet is the best I have ever encountered. The manager was very friendly and asked that we return as soon as possible. The staff made the staff very nice and we will seriously consider staying here again.

The hotel was quite nice. A pool would of made it even better. The rooms is massive as well as the bathroom. The WI-FI is good. The breakfast was standard but really nice. A great hotel with good people. I would stay here again if I ever visit Cebu again.

Harold's Hotel has the most spotless rooms I have ever seen. The rooms are bigger than average hotels. There is a buffet breakfast served but the choices are limited. There is no pool. The check in counter is a bit slow at times. The staff were very nice.
