Reviews of Crown Regency Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

The hotel could use a few altercations. The rooms could be cleaner. The hotels best quality is it's location. The pool is really nice . The WI-FI is very slow. If you are on business and need access to the internet you should choose a different hotel. My wife and I do not plan on coming here again in future.

The hotel is in a great are a close to all grocerie stores, Malls and all the local action. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice. The location is what I loved most.

The WI-FI is very slow and so is the internet access. The room service is very slow and you have to constantly call before they help you. The sheets are not changed as it should be. They should send in better staff that know how to change a sheet.

The staff and location are great. The hotel offers a great selection of activities. The elevators are very cramped and uncomfortable. There are shooting ranges close by. The activities are why I stayed.
