Reviews of Chateau De Carmen in Cebu City Philippines

The hotel was difficult to locate and was well below expectation. The room had ants and they were difficult to remove. The walls and linen were also dirty, the pillows were stained and very old. The hotel is located next to an all night club with music which can be heard for miles and making our sleep impossible. Cats were everywhere inside the building which looked uninviting.

The hotel is in a good location to the centre of Cebu and it is very close to the mango square which is good for nightlife. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and remember in this hotel you have to ask to have your room serviced as the staff are not allowed to enter your room without your express permission. I stayed in a matrimonial room, it was a good size with a very large bed and very reasonably priced.
