This hotel is like home to me, I have stayed here so many times I have lost count. The staff all know me and, they always treat me with the up most kindness. I recommend the Cebu Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay with good service.

Our first visit to Cebu Grand Hotel and all I can say is excellence. The staff are all so willing to help. They serve a good breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very close to taxi services. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are quite nice.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the prices are low. The room was not prone to the noises of Cebu city. This strikes me as more of a backpackers place.

I stayed here with a family member and they disappointed us at every turn. There was nobody to help us with our luggage or to open the doors for us. The room was very small and the sheets were dirty. The shower stopped working while I was still standing under the water.
