Reviews of Cagayan Holiday And Leisure Resort in Cagayan Philippines

The staff were very friendly upon arrival, they made us feel truly welcome. The villa we stayed in was fantastic, the room was spacious and lovely. The Jacuzzi was leaking so we couldn’t exactly use it, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The breakfast buffet was an absolute disaster, there was nothing left. The buffet was cleaned out by the time we arrived and the staff were running around like headless chickens. It was absolute ciaos. The accommodation was nice but they need to improve on there food.

My advise to the staff at the Cagayan Holiday And Leisure Resort would be, to pay more attention in training and serve the guests with kindness and poise. Talk to you’re manager about all the issues the guests are having, so that the guests don't have to.

I am very hesitant to come back, I don’t think it's worth the trip. Sorry Cagayan Holiday And Leisure Resort maybe in a few years!

The villa we stayed in was nice and spacious. There are a number of facilities such as a spa, gym and everything else to fit you’re needs. The airport is two hours away, which could be a hassle if you’re catching an early flight the next morning. I would consider staying here again.
