Reviews of Pryce Plaza Hotel in Cagayan de Oro Philippines

The hotel looks terrible, the walls, the floors and everything is dirty and discoloured. The room we received was horrible, the bathroom shower wasn’t working, no water was available. The air conditioner is very noisy you can barely hear the television. The breakfast buffet was just awful, the food was cold and tasted bad. This was a terrible experience, one I don’t want to revisit any time soon.

The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is nice and neat. They offer complimentary bottled water. The breakfast is very nice and the portions are very big. The views from the room are stunning. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym and the service is great. The SM Mall is within walking distance so you can do all you're shopping in a flash.

The only problems I had were the following. The rooms look a bit old, they could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom needs a few renovations. The beds are very soft, i couldn’t sleep comfortably. The TV had almost no channels available. The food is expensive at the poolside restaurant. I really liked my stay here, there are no reasons why I cant give them a second chance.
