Reviews of Marco Hotel in Cagayan de Oro Philippines

There is no WI-FI connection available at the hotel, so if you’re in town on business then don’t stay here. Room service was disgusting, they mopped and swept around us while we were eating. I was so appalled by there behaviour. We asked that they prepare us something to eat before our early flight, the front desk promised it would be done. The next morning we found the kitchen empty, and there was no food waiting for us at the desk either. We complained to the front desk and there excuse was they couldn’t get hold of the kitchen, I really think they should look up consumer service in there books. I am very disappointed with the service here. I hope I never have to see this place again.
