Reviews of De Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro Philippines

I paid in advance for my accommodation, when I checked out they expected me to pay an additional charge. I showed them my proof of payment but they still insisted I pay, I was not allowed to leave the premises until my I paid them. There customer service is terrible, they need to work on there people skills. The manager should consider a new lone of work considering the terrible job he or she is doing. If you want a nice place to stay then go elsewhere !

The rooms are nice and cosy. The breakfast is nice but the portions are very small. There is no WI-FI connection in the room. Not suitable for business moguls.

We stayed in a standard room and it was alright. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The location is great. The staff are very friendly. This is a nice budget hotel.

The room was quite spacious with a nice air conditioning system. The prices was quite reasonable. The food was very nicely prepared. The lobby was quite busy all the time, it wasn't exactly easy to get service when you wanted to check out. The laundry services are a bit too expensive for my taste. Won't stay here again.
