Reviews of Luna Rossa Beach Hotel in Boracay Philippines

The rooms are very small and clean. The staff are friendly but service is very slow. The food was alight, but the portion sizes are way to small. The prices are very affordable but I wouldn't stay here again. There is no reason for me to come back, it was defiantly not worth it!

The hotel was under construction. All you hear is banging through the walls. The rooms are very overpriced and the staff are very rude and unhelpful. I will not stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at the Luna Rossa Beach Hotel, and it was the worst experience we ever had! The rooms were infested with cockroaches. There are a bunch of drunk guests roaming through the building making a noise. The bathroom walls were full of mould and the shower curtains were dirty. The water in the shower smelled like surge, and when I complained about it they said there was a bucket available. Do they really expect guests to wash themselves off with a bucket? The service is pathetic and the staff are rude. The area is great but I wont stay here again, I think I can get allot better for the same price. It was the worst experience I have ever had worldwide!
