Never Again

We booked a deluxe room, it was fully pad but on arrival they said the room was taken. We didn't want a scene so they gave us a standard room, which is literally half the price. The staff were very friendly but not all that friendly. The location is great, but I can't overlook the service, so I’m sorry to say I won’t be staying here again!

The Grand Boracay

The location is great, close to the D Mall and a number of local markets. The rooms are very standard, the shower only gets luke warm. I tried to use the WI-FI in the rooms but it wasn’t working, I went to the front desk and they told me their was no internet available. The rooms have a nice TV but it doesn’t work. This was very disappointing, I paid for good accommodation and this is what I got!
