Best Way To Start You're Holiday

I booked this hotel by accident, after asking for a refund they refused. I went there and the electricity was out. The rooms were filthy. The beach was very far away, not like it was advertised. The room air-conditioning didn’t work. The TV wasn’t working either and when I confronted management about this he just said there was nothing he could do. I left that same day without a refund! Not the best way to start you’re holiday.
