Overpriced

The rooms are very basic and affordable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is very assessable, there are a few stores and restaurants close by. There was a slight problem at night, I struggled to sleep because of all cars driving by. I do think they are slightly overpriced, there are a few better places to stay in Boracay for a cheaper price.
