Reviews of Boracay Ocean Bay Resort and Cafe in Boracay Philippines

My Wife and I booked a family room. Once we arrived we found the room to be very dim and dirty. The bathroom floor was stained. everything at the hotel looks very run down and in need of some serious TLC! We stayed overnight and checked out the next morning as soon as the sun was up. This was a total waste of money and time!

The resort is very close to the beach, my children really loved it! There are no elevators to get to the room son the atop floor, so you have to take the stairs but I didn't mind. The rooms are very clan, but the housekeeping staff only clean on request. If you need anything you can ask the front desk, they are very fast and efficient and everything is done with a smile. This was a great deal, I’m so glad I decide to give this resort a chance!

The beach is only a few minutes away, so you can soak in the sun in no time at all. The rooms are very nice and clean, and a complimentary breakfast is included in the price. The rooms gave a nice air con and TV, if you need to use the WI-FI I would recommend that you sit in the restaurant the reception is great there. The food is very nice and service is great. I highly recommend this resort to everybody reading this review!
