Reviews of Boracay Kite Resort in Boracay Philippines

Most of the rooms in the resort have no hotel water or working lights. The rooms look run down, even though it was said to be renovated and redecorated. I told my spouse that I couldn’t stay under those conditions, and I wouldn’t waste my money staying there. When we told the front desk we were leaving they asked for money, they wanted us to pay for the hour we spent looking at the rooms! That is absolute nonsense, we spoke to the manger and he told us we were free to leave without payment. The staff are all out to make a quick buck, and they don’t care what they have to do to get it!

The rooms are dirty. The staff are disorganized and slow. The food is tasteless. The prices are not worth it. Never staying here again!
