Reviews of Boracay Holiday Resort in Boracay Philippines

My husband and I stayed here for one night, after an incident I had to be admitted to a hospital. The front desk directed me to a nearby hospital. After the entire ordeal we asked for a refund on the two nights we didn’t stay, but they said they had a no refund policy. I don’t remember seeing that policy. Don't pay them in advance they won't refund you if something goes wrong, all they care about is making money!

My Partner and I stayed for two nights instead of five, we lost the money we paid. They have a no refunds policy. The beds we slept on were solid and very uncomfortable. The pool was very cols and there was eve broken glass bottles laying around, I stepped into it without seeing it at first. The staff did nothing to help me at all, they just stood there and watched me bleeding. I asked to see there manager and his only thing to stay was” Go see a doctor, I’m sure thy can help you there" I was very angry about there total inconsideration and disrespect. We checked out that very same night and went to get me some help. I will never stay here again , the staff are totally rude and heartless!
