Reviews of Boracay DeParis Resort in Boracay Philippines

Considering the price we paid we expected a good stay, but that is defiantly not the case here. The rooms have no windows, the beds are small and crapped, not to mention the fact that we requested a double bed not two singles. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, we called management to help, and they were unavailable. The shower was leaking, there were cracks on the walls and ceiling.

After one night we decided to take the staff on, when we confronted them at the front desk they offered us a room at no additional charge. The second room was clean but very standard. The resort should really consider some redecorating and renovation. I wouldn't stay here again; it was a total waste of my hard earned money!

The resort is anything but luxurious so don’t let the pictures fool you. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The first room we stayed in smelled like mould and it was dirty, after complaining to the front desk we were moved to another room. The room was very neat and basic. The bathroom wasn’t working at all, we requested for the maintenance crew to help us but they were not available. I won't stay here again!
