Reviews of Pyramid Resort in Bohol Philippines

The location is good, as well as the pricing. There was an endless amount of water outages through out my stay. The staff are friendly but there service skills seem to be lacking. The breakfast was aright but there were very little choices to choose form.

The room I stayed in smelled strange, like mould and musk combined. The air conditioning was really good, which was a relief since it was so hot. The rooms are a bit expensive, it is a budget resort yes but it could be cheaper. I don't think I’ll be back.

Even though the hotel is in a nice location with a lovely ocean view, i had a few issues with my stay. The room is alright, but the bed is very uncomfortable it was like sleeping on feathers, there was no support at all. The towels in the bathroom look dirty and old, they smell like wet dog. The air conditioning didn't work in my room.

I understand that this is a budget accommodation, but there should still be some effort on the staffs side. They need to step in and clean the rooms more effectively. The towels and linen need to be changed more often. The staff need to learn to be more professional and take critic. I am sorry but I am not impressed with the standard of accommodation I received, they can improve themselves and I won't return until they do.
