This place knows what service is made of, there staff are fast and efficient. The rooms are spotless. The manager made me feel like an old friend, that was a nice personal touch. This is a great place to escape all the worries of life. I give them 5 Stars for there great service. Keep it up guys! look forward to seeing you all.

The resort is situated on top of a hill, approximately ten minutes away from the beach if you're walking. The views are picture perfect, each morning was better than the next. The staff are very nice and friendly, they go through allot of effort to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated all there hard work. The room I received was very nicely decorated and smelled divine.

The food was superb, the chef is amazing. They took ordinary to extraordinary. Great job guys! keep up the good work, there are no complaints on my part. To the manager of the Grand Luis Mountain Resort and Conference Centre you couldn't of asked for better staff.

It felt like coming home, the staff all greeted me with smiles. Every staff member seems to know who you are; I was always called by name. It was a nice touch. The garden and pool are well maintained. The restaurant menu is very diverse, I loved all the options. I give them a huge thumbs up for there excellent service skills. I will defiantly be back, next time I will stay allot longer.
